Indersdorfer Battletech Convention 2017 - Der Countdown läuft

Kaum 4 Tage sind es noch bis zur Indersdorfer Battletech Convention 2017. Eigentlich wollte ich alles fertig haben, doch irgendwie gehen mir noch zwei drei Sponsoren ab, die noch paar Sachen senden wollten. Somit sind Tombola und Sponsorenliste noch nicht fertig.

Aber, der Rest steht und wir können loslegen. Als besonderes Highlight erwarten euch Samstag (04.02.2017) der Roll The Dice Shop mit seinem Verkaufsstand sowie am Sonntag (05.02.2017) Bernhard Kleber mit den 28 mm Mechs.

Schade ist halt, dass Rene mit seinem Raumhafen dieses Jahr nicht bei uns sein kann. Da hat ihm sein Job einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Trotzdem denke ich, dass wir euch ein entspanntes und interessantes Battletech Wochenende bieten können. Vor allem, wenn ich mir so überlege, dass ich das, abgesehen von meinem Haus- und Hofgrafiker Roll, allein organisierte.

Einzig der Aufbau macht mir noch Kopfschmerzen, da wir erst am Samstag in den Con Saal dürfen. Da ist es echt von Vorteil, dass wir als Battletechler recht genügsam sind und alles schnell aufgebaut ist. Auch bin ich froh, dass mich meine "üblichen" zwei drei Helfer nicht im Stich lassen und eher kommen.

Oben habt ihr ja gelesen, dass wir eine Spendentombola haben. Die Preise sind dieses Mal gigantisch und ich bin schon fast am Überlegen, ob ich kommendes Jahr doch weiter mache. Wir spenden dieses Jahr auch wieder für Kinder. In Markt Indersdorf gibt es drei Neugeborene Flüchtlingsbabies und die sind dieses Jahr meine Herzensangelegenheit. Das Spendengeld geht ausschließlich an die Babies und steht nicht Erwachsenen zur Verfügung. Sollte es weitere Kinder im Raum Markt Indersdorf geben, dann darf diese Spende auch für diese verwendet werden. Dies ist so mit Herrn Weigl vom Helferkreis abgesprochen.

Wer mich kennt, weiß, dass ich grundsätzlich Kindern spende und das auch weiter so mache. Seid also fleißig beim Loskauf. Auch das Eintrittsgeld geht in den Spendentopf, abzüglich von 40 Euro Unkosten. Diese sind so gering, weil ich viele Anschaffungen aus dem letzten Jahr nutzen kann.

Ihr seht, es ist angerichtet. Oh, wer spezielle Datenbögen benötigt, den würde ich bitten diese mitzubringen, da wir keinen Drucker vor Ort haben werden. Für alle Spiele, die angeboten werden, gibt es Mechs und Unit Cards. Ein dicker Ordner mit Datenbögen für die CBT Spieler ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Halt nur nichts Spezielles.

Falls jemand seinen Nachwuchs mitbringt (egal aus welchem Grund), dass ist kein Problem. Dann nehme ich die Nachwuchspiloten an die Hand und wir vertreiben uns die Zeit.

Also, ich freue mich schon auf euch und die diesjährige IBC im Gasthof zur Post Schwabhausen (Beginn an beiden Tagen jeweils 10:00 Uhr)

Barely 4 days are still up to the Indersdorfer Battletech Convention 2017. Actually I wanted to have everything finished, but somehow I go to two three sponsors, who wanted to send some more stuff. Thus, tombola and sponsor list are not yet finished.

But, the rest stands and we can get started. As a special highlight, the Roll The Dice Shop will be on sale on Saturday (February 4, 2017), as well as on Sunday (05.02.2017) Bernhard Kleber with the 28 mm Mechs.

It is a pity that Rene and his spaceport can not be with us this year. Then his job made him a dash through the bill. Nevertheless, I think we can offer you a relaxed and interesting Battletech weekend. Especially when I was thinking that I was organizing this, apart from my house and court graphic designer Roll.
Only the construction makes me still a headache, since we may only on Saturday in the Con hall. Since it is really an advantage, that we as a Battletechler are fairly modest and everything is quickly built up. Also I am glad that my "usual" two three helpers do not leave me in the lurch and rather come.
Above you have read that we have a donation bomb. The prices are gigantic this time and I am almost at the superior, whether I continue next year. We donate this year to children again. In Markt Indersdorf there are three newborns refugee babies and they are my heartfelt concern this year. The donation money goes exclusively to the babies and is not available to adults. If there are more children in the room market Indersdorf, this donation can also be used for this. This is discussed with Mr. Weigl of the Helper Circle.

 

Who knows me, know that I basically donate to children and continue to do so. So be diligent in purchasing. Also the entrance fee goes into the donation pot, minus 40 euro expenses. These are so small, because I can use many purchases from last year.
You see, it's dressed. Oh, if you need special data sheets, I would ask to bring this, since we will have no printer on site. For all games offered, there are Mechs and Unit Cards. A thick folder with data sheets for the CBT players is also available. Just keep nothing special.
If someone brings their offspring (no matter for what reason), that is not a problem. Then I take the junior pilots to the hand and we drive away the time.
So, I'm already looking forward to you and this year's IBC in the Gasthof zur Post Schwabhausen (starting on both days 10:00 each time)
